My name is Ansh, and I'm from New York, USA. Every time I try to print something on my Brother printer, model number HL 2270 DW, it says there is a toner fault. However, when I verify the toner with a printer of a similar model, it is perfect. However, when I placed it in my printer, it was unable to print. The error led and the toner led were still on the loop.

Please let me know here if anyone has any solutions to this.

Hello Ansh,

I advise you to simply reset the toner sensor by following the instructions listed below in light of the problem you described with the toner cartridge of your brother's printer. Maybe this can help you resolve the issue

After opening the front cover, you need to take the toner & drum unit out of the machine.
Now, press the Start button.
Now, install the toner and drum unit back into your printer.
Press the Start button twice.
Gently close the front cover.

This method will probably help you get rid of the toner issue. If you are still having trouble with the same problem, visit the Repair Service Center in the USA and search for the brother repair service center near you using your city code. In this way, you will be able to speak with the professionals directly and have your issue fixed.

Hello! Could someone please assist me in troubleshooting my Brother DCP T710W printer? I'm attempting to fix it as best I can. I don't know what happened, but when I print a coloured page, the colour fades and is mixed with something that is black and pink. Does anything need to be replaced?

My Brother HLL2395 printer refuses to join my brand-new mesh wireless network. Since I'm actually using an A and B printer cable, the software installation process just ends when it says to unplug the cable. I cannot see how to upload a picture.
Any thoughts?
