Hello,

My name is Brian and I have been using a Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer for some time now but I am getting a problem recently when I scanned 25 pages at once.  I ended up with 25 separate files and not one file. How can I have one scan of 25 pages equal to one file? I have to forward the files to a team and 25 separate files are not acceptable. Does anyone know what I have been doing wrong? or it is a printer malfunction?

Hello brian123,

You should try these steps to avoid the scanning issue with your Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer:

  • Make sure that you place the original to be scanned face down on the document glass, or face up in the automatic document feeder.
  • Validate that the scanner is set up properly.
  • Clarify that the printer wire is correctly attached.
  • Check to see if the printer cable is in working order. Replace the cable with an established excellent cable. In case of need, switch out the cable.

Hello, My name is Jeff. I am from California. I have a regularly used Xerox 5018 Copier in my Shop, but yesterday morning when i was printing some Important documents the quality of the printing got very low after 2-3 prints then i contact to the Xerox customer support and discuss about the problem i have facing but after that i don't get any solution. If Anyone knows any repair service center please suggest it to me.

Hello community members, I recently purchased a Xerox Workcentre 3335 and I am trying to setup the address book to use the scan feature. However, it never loads. I have added 49 contacts before through a (.csv) but have never been able to access them again. Please help me to setup the address book.

  • Log in as the System Administrator when you access the Embedded Web
  • In the Embedded Web Server, Designate Properties > Apps > Email > Setup.
