Hello, there. My name is Siya. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. I have a BenQ monitor. I am a gamer, and I used to spend almost 12 to 15 hr playing games. Yesterday morning when I was playing a game and streaming on youtube, my BenQ monitor started flickering, and after 15 to 20 minutes, it was dead. Now I don't have that much time to go to the BenQ service center, so is there any other option or any third party company servicing or providing service for BenQ monitor or BenQ Product?

Hello Siya,

However, if you don't have enough time to reach to the BenQ repair center, you can still receive the solution over the phone at your place. There is a helpline number on the Repair Service Center website, so all you have to do is visit the site. Make a phone call, speak with a specialist, and you'll get a quick fix for whatever issue your device is having. In addition, you can appoint a specialist to come to your house and fix your monitor right away.

Hello, For a BenQ projector, I truly need your assistance in repairing a switch mode power supply. Recently, a lightning strike caused this to fail.

I discovered a component that was fractured when I first removed the board. I replaced it, but the board is still without power.

Are you guys able to guide me to where i should be looking please?

Hey, I have a BenQ XL2411T Monitor and I have a flickering problem, I got this monitor a few weeks back, and I've tried nearly every fix I could find from uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, making sure the monitor has enough power, It's plugged into the graphics driver, I've tried lower graphics settings to reduce heat on the GPU (It seems to happen more when a game is running, even when not in full screen running in the background. How can I solve this problem?

My Name Is Mark, I am a trainer of Financial services. I have a BenQ TH690ST LED Projector. I usually train people with Projector. Yesterday when I went to take my morning Session i turned on the projector but it did not start. I don't know what happened to it. Why is my BenQ projector not working? If Anyone knows Any third party repair service center please Suggest me.
