I connected my Sony Laptop to my printer but the laptop did not show any printer device name in the option. I tried multiple times and restarted my laptop again and again but I was unable to connect my Sony Laptop to my printer. How can I resolve these issues? And how can I find a third party Repair Service Center in the USA?

Hey, I recently bought Sony Xperia 10, I recently had some problems with:

Wi-fi: Only the 5 GHz band is working. I tested the phone for a few weeks with the Android 10 and 11 that it came with. There was no problem with the 2,4 GHz band. and also I can’t delete the app cache of Android apps. If I click on “delete cache” or “delete data”, nothing happens. The Jolla 1 had 1 GB of ram and used about 300 MB after booting, The Intex Aquafish had 2 GB of Ram and used about the same as the Jolla 1 after boot. The Xperia X II has 3 GB of Ram but uses about 2 GB after booting. Apps get constantly closed when I open more than one. Any suggestions would be helpful?

Hello Everyone

I have a Sony camera(A7RII) the multi-function wheel in my camera is partially working. Rotating the wheel works, but pressing any of the buttons (including the center button) doesn't do anything. I ordered a new wheel and replaced it and have the same issues. Any ideas? Any ideas on how I can factory reset this camera without the use of the "enter" button?

Hello,

You can resolve the problem by doing the procedures to reset the camera described below:

Navigate to the Reset button on your camera.
Now, use a pointed object like a ballpoint pen to press and hold the reset button for 2-3 seconds.
